It was fairly clean, and the people were very amiable. It was well-appointed, luxury and for blankets. The location for Almaty was convenient and handy, right by the Almaty Train Station II & other major attractions and Almaty for 2 days. Hotel's bar was fab.

Wi-Fi was very spotty, made me a little nervous.

Incredibly comfortable and unbeatable position, we enjoyed staying here.

Overall had fine stay during the four nights of my stay. I got a room with a walk-in shower.

Had really nice stay for business trip. We were upgraded to huge standard room in good condition. The breakfast was the best and great with different options everyday! Location: the hotel was close to a leafy square that came to feel very much like home and main train station and the centre.

Very low internet speed!!! Water from the bathroom faucet was brown!!! Spa facilities and maintenance need significant improvements!!! Charging my card unexpectedly after checkout is unacceptable!!! Better cleaning and service overall would be advisable!!!

Had a pretty chill 4-night stay. The place was super cozy, with a comfy bed that felt great after long days out. Loved having a mini-bar stocked with snacks. Breakfast had a good spread, but I wish they had fresh fruits. The staff was friendly, but check-in was a bit of a hassle, waited longer than I expected.

This hotel is really cozy! The plants in the hallway are a nice touch, and the mattress is both soft and firm, perfect for a good sleep. The staff were super friendly, always there to help. Loved the gym, and the food took just 20 mins to arrive, delicious too! The location is central.

the water temperature in the shower was kinda unpredictable, and i could hear noise from other rooms early in the morning.
